How do I place an order?

Can I modify or cancel my order?

What if my item arrives damaged?

Are your diamonds real?

Yes. All diamonds sold at Sparkle Twist are real diamonds — either earth-mined or lab-grown — and are independently certified by leading gemological institutes such as GIA or IGI.

What is the difference between lab-grown and natural diamonds?
